3. Nature of the Platform
Duel Farm is an experimental entertainment platform that allows users to participate in player-versus-player (PvP) dueling games. The Platform involves:
- Real-time turn-based combat games
- Optional staking of SOL cryptocurrency
- Wallet integration via Phantom or compatible Solana wallets

4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating an account
- Maintain the security of your wallet and login credentials
- Not use the Platform for any illegal purposes
- Not attempt to exploit, hack, or manipulate the Platform
- Not use bots or automated systems to gain unfair advantages
- Treat other users with respect
5. Staking and Transactions
When you stake SOL in a duel:
- Stakes are held in escrow until the duel concludes
- The winner receives both stakes minus applicable fees
- A platform fee of 1.5% is deducted from the total pot
- All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible
- You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient funds
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including graphics, text, logos, and game mechanics, is the property of Duel Farm or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- The accuracy of game outcomes
- The security of blockchain transactions (network issues are beyond our control)
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duel Farm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of cryptocurrency, arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, particularly if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may withdraw any remaining balance from your account.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
